On April 29th and 30th the second Learning Teaching and Training Activity of the STEP-UP Project started its activity with two online meetings to be followed by three days in presence in September. The objective of this activity is to know and reflect on the tutoring activity in the Work Based Learned paths in training companies. The partner KAUPA – Karalius Mindaugas Vet Training Center presented its experience in terms of WBL with training companies through a learning unit created a doc that reflects the work reality with which the students are working. Once they finish the training, they will have to confront each other. Another important moment was the presentation of two projects in which they participated that are good practices for analyzing the quality of the training, apprenticeship and dual training activities that training providers, companies and universities carry out. The second good practice presented was the Erasmus +Apprinvet project in which we, as CNOS-FAP, also participated and which was aimed at developing methodological tools and training modules for dual learning paths.
