OBJECTIVES AND TARGET GROUPS OF THE MODULE
Whom this module is intended for
This module is intended for improvement of qualification of VET teachers/in-company tutors in acquiring skills and knowledge necessary for the use of innovative equipment (smart simulation mannequins, related software, other innovative tools) during the practical training of future Paramedics. Below are shown the sequence of and instructions for module development which also can be used for other modules development of qualification improvement of VET teachers/in-company tutors, in order to strengthen practical skills of vocational training students while using innovative equipment.
Target groups of the module:
- VET teachers of the Paramedic vocational training programme;
- Vocational training organisations and companies which implement workplace learning and seek to improve organisational and didactic competencies of in-company tutors.
