Coerentemente con le attuali situazioni di limitazione degli spostamenti fisici, il team di STEP-UP continua a lavorare a distanza per raggiungere gli obiettivi del progetto Erasmus. In parallelo alla realizzazione del secondo output di progetto “Capacity building modules” il 19 e 26 di febbraio prossimo ci saranno i primi due giorni di incontro virtuale della seconda “Learning, Teaching, Training Activities” organizzata dalla Federacion Pinardi. La modalità scelta attualmente è quella blended, cioé parte della formazione verrà auspicabilmente realizzata in in presenza presso le strutture di Madrid nei prossimi mesi. Al termine del percorso formativo, i partecipanti potranno scoprire la metodologia di lavoro della federazione relativamente all’accompagnamento di ragazzi vulnerabili nella formazione professionale e nell’inserimento lavorativo, inoltre ci sarà un focus anche sulla formazione dei tutor aziendali che Federacion Pinardi realizza già da tempo.  


Consistent with the current restrictions of physical travel, the STEP-UP team is working “online” to achieve the objectives of the Erasmus project. In parallel to the realization of the second project output “Capacity building moduleson the 19th and 26th February the first  days of the second “Learning, Teaching, Training Activities will take place according to the blended modality and by will be held by Federacion Pinardi. At the end of the LTTA, participants will be able to understand the methodology in relation to the accompaniment of vulnerable youth in vocational training and job placement, in addition there will also be a focus on the training of company tutors that Federacion Pinardi has been carrying out for some time.
